Black and White Rhinestone Demi Set

This is a gorgeous set consisting of bracelet and matching earrings. It is made out of some sort of resin or plastic that I am not familiar with and is in surprisingly good shape for how delicate it appears. The earrings are marked “featherweights” but other then that detail I am not sure who made this lovely set.
